Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Mentanora app, website and teacher and admin console. By creating an account you agree to them.
Who can use Mentanora
Accounts are for adults only: parents and guardians, teachers and administrators. Children never create accounts; they use the app in “child mode” on a guardian’s device, with the guardian’s permission.
By adding a child you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian, or otherwise legally able to consent for them.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account. We recommend two-step verification; it is mandatory for administrators.
Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Acceptable use
Do not try to reach other children’s data, disrupt the service or get around its protections.
Do not upload photos that are not of your child, or offensive content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Classes and teachers
A child joins a class only with a code from the teacher and your approval. The teacher sees the child’s name, level, statistics and sessions — nothing else — and you can unlink the class at any time.
Content and ownership
Exercises, characters and design belong to Mentanora. You keep the rights to your child’s photo and give us a limited permission to process it only to create their character.
The service and changes
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”. We may improve or change features. We will tell you about any material change to these terms and ask you to accept them again.
Ending your account
You can delete your account and your children’s data from Settings at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
